About Position and Details Role: Project Manager (VMWare) Mode: Hybrid (2 days to office) Experience: 7+ years Job Type: Permanent role Requirements Key Responsibilities IT skills, Project Management, VMware products knowledge (understand the product vulnerabilities and patches required) – this is a product management role that can be supported by the global team. The professional is responsible for interfacing directly with the Customer to direct the start of activities, provide indications for access to support, assess the technical environment, verify the compliance of licenses and products with respect to the service acquired, and share relevant security information. At least 7 years of experience in managing complex virtualization infrastructures is required. Professional Experience Experience in leading projects in the infrastructure sector in terms of characteristic, size, complexity and technology. Professional Skills Project management in large customer companies and related development and testing processes Project planning (Gantt, Pert, resource allocation) Complex system integration challenges in a multivendor environment Knowledge of the main processes, procedures and templates for the management of IT services and their compliance with regulatory standards Experience in planning, coordinating, and leading hardware infrastructure projects Knowledge of best practices in Project Management and Quality Management Systems Knowledge, for the areas of intervention, of the most common IT infrastructure solutions, standards and market products Ability to technically supervise the implementation phase and experience in verification and compliance check activities of architectural and infrastructural solutions Experience in defining the system architecture and identifying the Expertise in infrastructure capacity planning Competence in defining the operating procedures for the safety of the infrastructure Competitive salary and benefits package Culture focused on talent development with quarterly promotion cycles and company-sponsored higher education and certifications.
