We partner directly with leading drone OEMs and platform innovators to enable reliable, high-bandwidth connectivity across airborne and mobile robotic systems.About the RoleThe Director of Sales is a senior individual contributor and primary revenue driver at Doodle Labs. This role owns pursuit, landing, and expansion of priority, high-value drone OEM accounts, with a strong focus on new logo acquisition and system-level integration. You will manage these accounts end-to-end and be accountable for material revenue growth.What You'll DoHunt and win target drone OEM accounts; drive new system integrationsOwn priority/high-value accounts across the full customer lifecycleLead account strategy, executive relationships, and commercial negotiationsDrive opportunities from first engagement through integration, production, and scalePartner closely with Sales Engineering on technical evaluations and system design‑insBuild and maintain a high-quality, forecastable pipelineAct as the commercial owner for complex, multi-stakeholder dealsWhat Success Looks LikeNew OEM wins and successful radio integrations into drone platformsMeaningful revenue contribution from priority accountsExpansion into additional programs, variants, or platforms within accountsTrusted, strategic relationships at executive and engineering levelsWho You Are7–10 years of B2B hardware sales experience in the drone/UAS industryProven sales hunter with a track record of closing complex OEM dealsDeep familiarity with direct sales to drone manufacturers (OEM-focused)Comfortable owning large, technical deals end-to-endRF or wireless experience is a plus, not requiredAdditional DetailsLocation: E.U.
