Siamo alla ricerca di un/una Senior Machine Learning Engineer con esperienza, pronto/a a guidare progetti avanzati di AI e a supportare un team tecnico e i clienti in ambito AI e Machine Learning.ResponsabilitàSviluppare pipeline dati per modelli statistici e analitici complessi Industrializzare la data preparation (data cleaning, feature selection & extraction) su grandi volumi di datiCreare pipeline di rilascio automatico dei modelliDocumentare rilasci e installazioniEffettuare code review e fornire feedbackStimare effort e supportare il project manager nel monitoraggioPartecipare attivamente a meeting di coordinamento e contribuire al processo decisionaleSupervisionare e coordinare team fino a 5 persone, fornendo guida tecnica e supporto alla crescita professionaleCompetenzeLinguaggi: Python, R, SQLFramework: TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, CafeDatabase: relazionali (SQL), non relazionali (NoSQL)Modelli statistici e matematiciData Management, tecniche di stimaDocumentazione progettuale e funzionaleStrumenti: Confluence, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project)Soft skillsComunicazione efficace, problem solving, pensiero analiticoLeadership tecnica, capacità di influenzare e pianificareAttitudine al lavoro in team e alla costruzione di relazioniStrategic thinking e learning agilitySe ti rivedi nel profilo descritto, fai application e noi daremo spazio al tuo talento Hai qualche domanda?
