Responsibilities As a Learning Experience Designer you lead end‑to‑end design cycles: Design the journey, not just content. Script immersive experiences that engage heart and brain. Own scripting, copywriting, and educational asset creation. Conduct user research and map learner personas. Craft AI‑powered coaching loops and personalized agents. Define and iterate transformation KPIs and retention strategies. Collaborate with top experts to create premium courses. 4 Main Missions Learning Experience Architecture – Own the learning system. Design the journey – Not content or lesson. Script learning experiences that transform. Ensure every feature supports loops, agents, protocols, membership. Craft premium, high‑impact course experiences. Co‑craft courses with experts and top performers. Qualifications & Experience 3–6 years in Learning Design, Instructional Design, or Experience Design (EdTech, Coaching, or Transformational Education). You’ve shipped at least one major feature or product end‑to‑end and can show measurable results. Comfortable with AI tools, Figma, and digital design workflows. Portfolio of cinematic, narrative‑rich courses or learning programs. Traits & Skills Craft‑obsessed: Doer mentality, bias for outcomes. Strong writing skills: High‑quality editorial content. Aesthetic sensibility: Care how the course feels. User and Impact obsessed: Outcomes over outputs. Critical thinker: Turn vague problems into hypotheses, challenge assumptions, rebuild grounded in data. Digital and AI savvy: Build or learn AI agents. Language Requirements French: native.
