Position Overview We are looking for an experienced Data Analyst to join our Data & Analytics team. Your work will directly influence decision‑making and shape the future of our organization through actionable insights drawn from complex datasets. As a Senior Data Analyst you will collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including business leaders, product managers, and engineers—to design and implement data‑driven solutions that align with the company’s goals. You will discuss analytical approaches with business stakeholders, understand key business needs, and demonstrate how data can support these objectives. Key Responsibilities Develop and interpret KPIs, improving existing metrics and collaborating with business partners to translate KPI potential into actionable business value. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams (marketing, finance, product) to define data requirements and ensure alignment with business goals; manage multiple workstreams simultaneously. Identify and resolve data‑related issues, ensuring continuous flow of reliable data. Guarantee data validity, consistency, and integrity across all analytical datasets. Recommend process improvements in data processing, reporting, and analysis to increase efficiency and data‑driven decision making. Maintain and develop data flows within Microsoft SQL and Microsoft Cube technology. Qualifications Advanced degree in STEM subjects, Economics, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in a data analyst role or a similar position; customer analytics and business KPI experience strongly preferred. Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) required; experience in Python preferred. Strong analytical skills—ability to analyze data, identify trends, and interpret complex datasets. Excellent written and verbal English communication skills; able to present findings clearly to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
