PACIFICO è un format di alta ristorazione che abbina l'offerta culinaria peruviana nikkei ad un'atmosfera internazionale, divertente, raffinata e al tempo stesso casual.
**JUNIOR SOUS CHEF**
Responsabilità
- Supervisiona e assiste il personale di cucina in tutti gli aspetti della produzione alimentare
- Valuta e i prodotti alimentari per garantire standard di qualità coerenti
- Stabilisce e coordina un programma di manutenzione regolare per tutte le aree e le attrezzature della cucina
- Fornisce formazione e opportunità di sviluppo professionale per tutto il personale di cucina
Qualifiche
- 2+ anni di esperienza culinaria o in cucina
- Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione interpersonale e verbale
- Altamente organizzato con eccellente attenzione ai dettagli
**COSA OFFRIAMO**

- Retribuzione: da definire in base all'esperienza
