Location Responsibilities Lead the development, review, and ownership of financial models for project finance, refinancings, acquisitions, and M&A transactions Manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, advisors, and investors , acting as a key point of contact on financing matters Coordinate and oversee due diligence processes for financings, refinancings, and acquisitions Support the origination, structuring, negotiation, and closing of project finance and corporate finance transactions Prepare and present investment memoranda, financial presentations, project teasers, and lender materials Analyze key value drivers, perform sensitivity and scenario analyses , and assess financial, tax, and regulatory implications Monitor portfolio performance, debt service profiles, and covenant compliance Contribute to the definition and execution of the group’s financial strategy , including funding plans and capital allocation Work closely with internal teams and external advisors to support new business opportunities and strategic initiatives Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline 5–8 years of professional experience in project finance, M&A, investment banking, infrastructure funds, or similar environments Strong hands-on experience with project finance structures , preferably in the renewable energy or infrastructure sector Advanced financial modeling and Excel skills Solid understanding of financing documentation, bank requirements, and transaction processes Strong analytical mindset with the ability to manage multiple transactions in parallel Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively with senior stakeholders Fluency in Italian and English is required What we offer A high-impact role within a fast-growing renewable energy platform Direct exposure to senior decision-making and strategic financial matters A clearly defined growth path in the short term #J-18808-Ljbffr
