Our cutting-edge security solutions provide deep visibility, advanced threat intelligence, and rapid incident response capabilities to help businesses stay ahead of evolving cyber threats.As a Professional Services Project Manager, you will lead project delivery and client engagements to ensure successful implementation of our security solutions.ResponsibilitiesPlan projects by identifying tasks, assigning responsibilities, and creating clear roadmaps or schedules.Work closely with clients to understand their needs, provide updates, and ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.Manage and coordinate the project team to ensure everyone understands their roles and resolve issues as they arise.Track project progress, timelines, budgets, and deliverables to keep everything on track.Handle problems quickly and develop solutions to maintain project momentum.Deliver projects successfully, on time, and within budget, meeting or exceeding client expectations.Report progress and outcomes to clients and company leadership, and continuously improve project delivery processes.Requirements5+ years of project management experience in professional services or technology.Strong client-facing skills with the ability to manage relationships and expectations effectively.Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.Proven track record managing multiple, complex client-facing projects.Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.Experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Asana, MS Project).PMP or equivalent certification preferred.Ability to handle multiple priorities and solve problems proactively.Experience in cybersecurity is a plus.Fluent in English and Italian (spoken and written).BenefitsCompetitive salary based on demonstrated skills.Flexible working hours and location.Multicultural and friendly working environment.The opportunity to be a key member of our products team.#J-18808-Ljbffr
