Ricerchiamo figure professionali da formare ed inserire con il ruolo di PM Assistant, in progetti di consulenza su propria primaria clientela in ambito Energy. La risorsa ricercata è in possesso di esperienza, anche minima, nell’ambito del settore Energia e/o Fotovoltaico e/o ha un percorso formativo in linea con l'esperienza professionale. La persona si dedicherà insieme al Project Manager, alla gestione dei progetti e al monitoring dei processi e della documentazione aziendale. Attività principali da svolgere: Supportare il Project Manager nella gestione di ogni singola commessa, dalla fase di start-up fino alla consegna; Controllo e analisi dei dati di costi e ricavi delle commesse; Elaborazione e redazione di report; Monitoraggio e gestione degli ordini; Monitoraggio e registro dati all’interno delle commesse; Gestione e monitoraggio dello stato avanzamento lavori sulle singole commesse; Gestione dell’archiviazione della documentazione; Gestione relazione con clienti e fornitori. Competenze base richieste: Preferibilmente laurea o master in ambito Energy; Ottima conoscenza del Pacchetto Office e in particolar modo di Excel. Costituiranno un plus i requisiti seguenti: Spiccate doti e capacità comunicative e relazionali; Attenzione al raggiungimento degli obbiettivi condivisi; Capacità di analisi e attenzione al dettaglio; Buon livello di team management. Sede di lavoro: Milano. RAL e inquadramento saranno commisurati sulla base dell’esperienza del candidato.
