Our UniQue people come from a variety of backgrounds and industries, with different skill sets and approaches, but they share one thing in common: a passion for technology and innovation Responsibilities Provide administrative support and assist with operational issues Provide support and information on all Functions' operational processes Support the analysis of all operational processes and provide suggestions for improvement Act as liaison for communication with other departments and work closely with a range of internal stakeholders Create and edit documents, reports and presentations Maintain up-to-date filing systems and liaises with the legal department for the reviewing or processing of documents within agreed timeframes Update logs and order forms Organize work by routing correspondence and managing paperwork as requested Maintain management team\'s calendars and effectively arrange and assist with meetings, conferences, web/teleconferences and team building sessions as required Support travel arrangements for BU\'s management team Requirements A University Degree The ability to analyze complex information and generate reports Organized, methodical, team player and able to prioritise workload Highly accurate and attentive to detail Strong IT skills are a plus, particularly use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or financial management tools Good communication skills in Italian and English (written and verbal) Benefits People-first approach and open environment to express your ideas Work-life balance and a fully remote work model Continuous training and development Opportunities to join innovation initiatives Ticket restaurant - meal vouchers Corporate laptop and equipment Health and insurance private plan Employee consulting and guidance support by Ergonomia Discounts on the services and products of our Group\'s companies Gift vouchers for major life milestones Our UniQue IT people are the most valuable part of Uni Systems; their knowledge and experience has made us the leading and reliable systems integrator of today and has contributed to our steady financial growth.
