To support this ambition and future acquisitions, we are recruiting an ICT Manager (F/M) .

Reporting directly to the CFO, this strategic leadership role will be instrumental in

strengthening and scaling the Group’s IT function, driving enterprise systems governance,

enhancing data management capabilities, and building a robust and future-ready technology

ecosystem able to support the Group’s international development.

The Role

The ICT & Corporate Systems Manager will play a critical role in shaping and structuring the

Group’s IT governance framework.

As a key member of the leadership team, the successful candidate will contribute to the

transformation and integration of systems, processes, and IT infrastructures across a

complex, international, and multi-business environment.

This position requires a strong execution mindset, cross-functional leadership capabilities,

and the ability to drive organizational change while building scalable processes, improving

systems adoption, and supporting the Group’s long-term growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities

IT Governance & Corporate Systems
  • Lead the development and evolution of the Group IT function
  • Ensure the performance, reliability, and continuous improvement of corporate systems, including ERP, CRM, and business platforms
  • Drive the integration, harmonization, and rationalization of information systems across the Group
  • Partner with Finance, Operations, and Business teams to optimize business processes and system efficiency
Infrastructure & Cybersecurity
  • Oversee the Group’s IT infrastructure and ensure operational continuity
  • Coordinate corporate IT services including networks, servers, user support, and infrastructure operations
  • Lead cybersecurity, disaster recovery, and business continuity initiatives
  • Manage relationships with external IT vendors, service providers, and technology partners
Transformation & Change Management
  • Lead strategic IT transformation and digitalization programs
  • Support the deployment and adoption of new systems and processes across the organization
  • Contribute to broader organizational transformation and change management initiatives
International Scope
  • Support the harmonization of systems and operational processes at an international level
  • Strengthen Group-wide data governance, centralization, and reporting capabilities
  • Contribute to enhancing business intelligence and performance monitoring across international operations

Profile

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, IT Engineering, or a related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of professional experience combining:
    • Strong technical expertise in IT infrastructure and systems
    • Progressive exposure to:
      • IT leadership and management
      • ERP and enterprise systems governance
      • IT transformation programs
      • Cross-functional stakeholder management
      • Organizational and process transformation

In the context of the Group’s ongoing transformation and expansion, the ideal candidate will

demonstrate the ability to operate effectively within fast‑evolving environments requiring

structure, alignment, and cultural transformation.

Beyond technical expertise, this role requires a strong leader capable of influencing

stakeholders, driving alignment, and supporting the Group through a strategic phase of

international growth and integration.
