What You’ll Do Solve Engineering Challenges : Design and implement performant, scalable, and maintainable front-end solutions for a complex application. Handle Real-Time Data : Build features to efficiently handle real-time data streams using Web Sockets and optimize data delivery to users. Work with Larger Data Sets : Design and implement paging solutions and performance optimizations to manage large datasets effectively in the user interface. Focus on Quality : Write clean, well-documented code and follow best practices to ensure robustness and reliability. Address Technical Debt : Work on refactoring and improving legacy code to enhance scalability and maintainability. Drive Innovation : Experiment with new tools, frameworks, and approaches to improve the platform’s architecture and codebase. Collaborate Closely : Partner with other engineers to build a shared understanding of technical solutions and contribute to a culture of engineering excellence. Work Across Boundaries : Contribute to the evolution of the platform, including migrating legacy components (e.g., from Angular JS to React) as part of our modernization efforts. What We’re Looking For We value developers who are passionate about engineering and take pride in building elegant solutions to technical problems. Basic Qualifications 4+ years of front-end development experience with a strong focus on React.js . Knowledge of micro-frontend architectures or modular design principles. Excellent understanding of Java Script (ES6+), Type Script, CSS/SCSS, and modern front-end development practices. Familiarity with at least one other framework (e.g., Angular, Vue.js) and an appreciation for their trade-offs. Knowledge of component-based architecture and state management tools (e.g., Redux, Context API). Strong debugging and problem-solving abilities. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Web Sockets and managing real-time data streams in applications Experience with testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, Cypress or equivalent ). Experience in building libraries with Webpack , Rollup or Vite Understanding of Apache or Ngnix configurations Any experience with Salt Stack Any experience with Web Components Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and team collaboration tools. A desire to experiment with and adopt new technologies.
