The company continues to grow and now includes the following properties:Chia Laguna Nature Resort – 424 rooms; three hotels (Conrad Chia Laguna Sardinia, Baia di Chia Resort Sardinia – Curio Collection by Hilton, Hotel Village) with conference centre of 8 meeting rooms for up to 900 delegates.Grotta Giusti Thermal Spa Resort – 68 rooms; Europe’s biggest underground thermal cave and Thermal Spa; affiliated with Autograph Collection by Marriott.Fonteverde Lifestyle & Thermal Retreat – 78 rooms; luxury thermal spa and a Member of Leading Hotels of the World.Bagni di Pisa Palace & Thermal Spa – 61 rooms; historic thermal spa resort; Member of Leading Hotels of the World.Le Massif Hotel & Lodge – 80 rooms; ski resort; Member of The Leading Hotels of the World.1.0 Role and Contract This position reports to the General Manager of the resort and shares responsibility for operational management with him, following the guidelines of IHC Group. We offer a permanent contract (Quadro A2) with CCNL AICA Tourism classification.2.0 Position Cluster Hotel Manager – Chia Laguna Nature Resort. Hand over operational responsibility of two Hilton branded hotels within the resort:The Laguna Hotel (Conrad collection) – 107 keys, 5‑star luxury brand.The Baia di Chia Hotel (Curio collection) – 77 keys, 5‑star.The Cluster Hotel Manager will manage daily operations of these hotels, delivering brand promise and outstanding guest service.Key Objectives Drive and support motivation within the two hotel teams.Drive incremental revenues across all departments, especially Room Division and F&B.Maintain consistency and quality standards set by the brands throughout the year.Deliver the annual budget through agreed commercial strategies.Soft & Personal Skills Functional – Hands‑on experience managing all key business functions of a Hotel Manager in an upscale/luxury environment (operations, controlling, sales, revenue, e‑commerce).Interpersonal – Excellent interpersonal skills; maintain presence and communicate effectively at all levels.Leadership – Strong leader with empathy, ability to motivate and mentor others to deliver agreed strategy.Self‑management & Organization – Self‑starter who establishes processes for implementing strategy, systems and procedures.Initiative – Take initiative to identify, prioritize and implement actions, meet deadlines, work well under pressure and collaborate objectively.Flexibility – Adapt to changing environments and integrate change with minimal resistance.Economic Analysis – Strong analytical skills to communicate results via monthly performance reports or ad hoc financial analysis and propose cost‑adjusting solutions.Key Skills & Qualifications Exceptional leader with outstanding networking skills.Strong experience in luxury hospitality.Hands‑on operator with excellent people management, driving employee engagement and customer service.Resort operational experience across luxury properties.Understanding of operational functions and ideally commercial functions.Excellent organizational and planning skills.Excellent room division and food & beverage know‑how.Previous experience in luxury international brands, especially Hilton or other luxury/al‑upper‑upscale brands.Salary & Benefits TBA (details upon request).Seniority Level Mid‑Senior levelEmployment Type ContractJob Function ManagementIndustries HospitalityReferrals increase your chances of interviewing at Italian Hospitality Collection by 2x.Get notified about new Hotel Manager jobs in Domus de Maria, Sardinia, Italy .We’re unlocking community knowledge in a new way.
