Potrai lavorare nella tua città con un contratto a chiamata, che non richiede una disponibilità fissa quotidiana, apprendendo un mestiere dinamico che mette alla prova la tua anima commerciale. Ogni mese ti verranno assegnate giornate di lavoro e focus: un approccio che ti insegnerà a lavorare per obiettivi. Inoltre, avrai l'opportunità di dedicarti a un unico cliente, una leader tech company multinazionale nel settore dell'information technology e del gaming. L'attività verrà svolta 3 volte a settimana (Venerdì, Sabato e Domenica) in maniera continuativa nel corso dell'anno. Ma cosa farai esattamente? Il Promoter avrà il compito principale di incrementare le vendite dei prodotti del nostro cliente all'interno di un negozio di elettronica di consumo, collaborando con gli addetti del negozio. Sarai anche responsabile delle attività di visual merchandising e della manutenzione delle strutture dedicate. Come? Presentando ai clienti le caratteristiche dei prodotti e dei servizi, sfruttando i key selling point e le offerte in corso. Assistendo e consigliando i clienti durante tutto il processo di acquisto. Formando gli addetti vendita del negozio e incoraggiando l'uso delle piattaforme di apprendimento digitale del cliente. Monitorando e implementando attività di visual merchandising, incluse la posizione di materiali POP per aumentare la visibilità dei prodotti. Gestendo la manutenzione delle aree dedicate in termini visual, pulizia e correttezza dell'esposizione. Gestendo una reportistica puntuale, sia quantitativa che qualitativa, per fornire al cliente feedback e insight utili allo sviluppo dell'attività. Non sarai solo, ma sarai sempre in contatto con colleghi, professionisti del punto vendita e la sede CPM di Milano. Requisiti Sei la persona giusta? La soft skill principale di ogni Promoter è la volontà di aiutare le persone a trovare la soluzione giusta per le proprie esigenze. Inoltre, sarebbe fantastico se: Sei una persona entusiasta con molta voglia di imparare. Hai esperienza in ruoli di consulenza di vendita o ruoli correlati. Ti appassiona il settore informatico/tecnologico. Sei disponibile a lavorare anche nel weekend e su turni. #J-18808-Ljbffr
