With our SS26 collection in final development and a Milan Fashion Week pop-up on the horizon, we are building a brand ecosystem rooted in emotional storytelling, modern craftsmanship, and precise execution.The RoleWe are looking for a confident, service-driven Retail Sales Associate to represent MIMIR during our January pop-up in Milan. You will be the face of the brand in-store—guiding customers through the collection, supporting styling and sizing, and converting interest into sales through an elevated client experience. This is a fast-paced launch environment, and we need someone who is proactive, reliable, and comfortable working with sales to customer Shopify POS/ similar payment system.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver exceptional, high‑end client experience: welcome, styling support, and closing salesLearn the brand story + first collection quickly (training provided early January)Operate Shopify POS (or similar) and handle smooth checkouts and returns/exchangesMaintain the space: product presentation, size/order support, and back‑of‑house organizationSupport basic clienteling: collecting customer details (with consent), follow‑ups, and order notesWork closely with the founder (Alexander) and the team during event hoursRequirementsProven retail sales experience (premium/luxury fashion preferred)Strong closing skills + natural relationship buildingFluent Italian and very strong EnglishComfortable with Shopify POS or quick to learn digital POS systemsReliable, punctual, calm under pressure, and detail‑orientedStyling interest and an eye for product/fit is a big plusWhat We OfferA key role in the brand’s first public momentTraining on the collection + brand storyCompetitive day rate / hourly rate (to be defined)Potential for future work with MIMIR as the brand growsHow to ApplyPlease send:CVA short note on why you fit MIMIR + your availability 15–21 JanRelevant retail experience (brands/stores)Languages + POS / Cashier experience (Shopify POS if applicable) High‑performing candidates may be invited to support future activations, events, and retail moments for MIMIR.Apply via: #J-18808-Ljbffr
