Your Role As a Brand Manager – UCC , you will be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies in the UCC business, managing vendor relationships, and enabling channel partners to succeed in this fast-evolving market. Responsibilities Define and implement marketing and business plans to increase adoption of UCC solutions across the Italian market. Manage relationships with UCC vendors, aligning on growth initiatives, campaigns, and joint go-to-market activities. Identify, recruit, and develop new partners, while supporting existing ones in building UCC competencies. Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Presales, Marketing, Finance) to deliver integrated solutions and campaigns. Support partners with enablement sessions, business planning, and training programs to accelerate growth. Monitor pipeline, forecast, and sales KPIs, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Provide market intelligence and feedback to strengthen UCC strategies and positioning. What We’re Looking For Proven experience in Business Development or Sales within the IT industry, ideally in UCC, networking, or communication solutions. Strong knowledge of the Italian IT channel ecosystem (resellers, system integrators, and service providers). Previous experience with UCC technologies and vendors is highly appreciated. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken) is required.
