Who you’ll work with In this hands‑on role you will join an international, high‑energy marketing team collaborating across editorial, brand, SEO, paid media, email, PR, and events. You’ll support the Marketing Director in coordinating and executing strategic campaigns. What you’ll do Execute highly impactful, cross‑channel marketing campaigns with collaboration across teams. Deploy marketing programs targeting CXO audiences within and across sectors. Coordinate, update and maintain foundational marketing assets. Coordinate client mailing campaigns. Maintain content and campaign information for cross‑functional visibility. Measure results and present actionable insights. Support event execution for conferences and client events. Create communications to promote marketing activities to key internal audiences. Execute marketing strategies that increase awareness and credibility for Bain and our core solutions Develop an understanding of target audiences and find innovative ways to reach them. Use data to develop performance insights and make recommendations. Maintain knowledge of industry and marketing trends. Conduct market and competitor research. Become a regular user of Bain’s CRM system. Play an active role in our team Contribute to continuous process improvement and problem solving. Embrace new tools, including GenAI, to improve team efficiency. Be flexible and adaptable to support new projects. About you Undergraduate degree in business, marketing, or related field. 3‑4+ years of relevant B2B marketing experience, ideally in a global team environment. Fluent English communication skills. Experience developing and executing marketing programs. Proven ability to lead projects and events, including budgeting. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Comfort working with remote managers and cross‑functional global teams. Proactive mindset with a focus on new ideas and improvements. Client‑centric focus in representing Bain externally. Steady under pressure and adaptable to senior leadership feedback. Preferred Account representative or client‑facing marketing experience. Familiarity with Salesforce.com.
