Mansioni principali - Analisi dei processi aziendali' con conseguente elaborazione ed implementazione di soluzioni Digital in conformit alle policy di Gruppo - Individuazione fornitori' elaborazione e gestione dei progetti' richiesta e processazione offerte / contratti - Gestione rapporti con fornitori di software e sviluppatori - Gestione interventi di assistenza informatica da parte di fornitori - Gestione della parte software e dell'infrastruttura intranet (Sharepoint/PowerPlatform) - Allineamento al Gruppo e aggiornamento delle linee guide aziendali' nonché stesura di manuali in accordo con i reparti interessati e con le policy di Gruppo - Raccordo con casa madre per le tematiche IT e relative Policy - Stesura documentazione IT per audit - Supporto al Coordinatore Protezione Dati Personali su archivi e autorizzazioni - Formazione e supporto al personale aziendale sulle soluzioni software - Presa in carico e gestione delle segnalazioni di problematiche tecniche relative alla parte software / hardware (in sostituzione dell'IT System Specialist) Competenze richieste - Almeno 3 anni di esperienza nella gestione di infrastruttura o progetti IT - Conoscenza della lingua inglese - Familiarit con strumenti assistenza remota - Capacit e autonomia organizzativa - Approccio collaborativo e proattivo - Capacit di problem solving e di gestione analitica delle casistiche Sede di lavoro - La sede di lavoro sar a Monfalcone (GO).
