Join to apply for the IT Manager role at Nord Anglia Education.Job DescriptionThe IT Manager leads the technological strategy and operations of H-Farm School, ensuring that systems, networks and digital tools effectively support teaching, learning and administrative excellence.The role acts as a strategic business partner to school and regional leadership, driving innovation, strengthening cybersecurity, and ensuring alignment with Nord Anglia Education’s digital vision.The IT Manager oversees the IT team, manages projects and budgets, coordinates with external suppliers, and ensures that all technology services are reliable, secure and future‑ready.ResponsibilitiesLead IT projects from planning to implementation, ensuring timely, high‑quality outcomes.Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to align projects with the school’s educational and operational priorities.Maintain vendor relationships, oversee contract compliance and monitor performance.Ensure the performance, security and reliability of all IT systems, networks and infrastructure.Respond efficiently to incidents, minimise service disruptions and support key school processes such as student onboarding and major events.Safeguard systems and data, ensure adherence to local regulations and Nord Anglia policies, and implement best practices in data protection.Monitor IT performance through KPIs and service reporting, driving continuous improvement across all IT operations.QualificationsDiploma or degree in Computer Science or a related field, with a minimum of five years of experience in IT management.Experience managing Microsoft 365, Windows Server and Azure AD environments.Strong knowledge of LAN and WAN infrastructure and current cybersecurity standards.Project management experience, vendor management, budget oversight and leading IT teams.Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, Microsoft or Cisco are preferred.Our ValuesOpportunity – unlocking potential and promoting growth.Impact – making a lasting, positive difference.Leadership – being accountable, supportive, and inspiring.Respect – listening, including, and valuing every voice.Professional GrowthNord Anglia Education provides ongoing training, performance development and opportunities to advance your career within a global network of schools.SafeguardingH-Farm School and Nord Anglia Education are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
