Our client, an important multinational Group operating in the FMCG, is currently looking for a :Plant HRBPWho will be facilitator for all HR processes and services and will be part of the Plants Leadership Team working in coordination with the Region HR for Italy.Main Tasks and Activities :Human Resources DevelopmentFacilitating all HR processes / services for local industrial departmentSupport the implementation of Group guidelines in the PlantOversees recruitment / hiring activities and internal / international mobilityHuman Resources PolicySupport the implementation of Group policies and plans at Plant levelEnsures the implementation of training plans, policies, and mechanisms that support employee’s professional development and improvementBudget Management and HR PlanningMonitors and manages HR and OVHs costs for Plant resources, in line with Group budget for the related local commercial or Function departmentEmployee Relations and Labour NegotiationsEnsures effective business relationships, defining policies in order to facilitate the dialogue with trade unionsGuarantees timely and appropriate fulfilments of HR administration and labor regulations requirementsHealth & SafetyCollaborates with local H&S manager to support and advise site management and his / her delegates on all matters related to health and safety at the PlantRequirementsSuccessfully completed Business / Economic / Humanistic studies (Master’s Degree);At least 7 years HR Industrial experience in multinational structured environmentsProven experience in managing industrial / labour relationsExcellent interpersonal skillsDynamic, proactive approach and ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations that may involve confidential or sensitive mattersAvailable to international mobilityFluent EnglishMS Office (Excel, Power Point, Word)LocationBasilicataThis company is an equal opportunities employer.
