Join to apply for the Property Accountant role at LHH For our client, real estate advisor leader in Italy, we are looking for a Property Accountant to manage accounting & administrative tasks and interact directly with the properties. Responsabilità AR/AP activities; Management of administrative and contractual deadlines (e.g., ISTAT updates, contracts, guarantees, lease registration taxes, break options, terminations); Management and support in preparation of lease agreements; Direct relations with both clients and tenants. Profilo Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; Minimum of 3 years of experience in property accounting or real estate finance; Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (it would be a great plus the knowledge of Yardi); Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities; English Fluent.
