If so, KLA is looking for a talented Product Install Engineer (f/m/d) to join our European installation team.Your Impact As a Product Install Engineer (f/m/d), you’ll be at the forefront of deploying KLA’s process tools. You’ll collaborate with multicultural teams and travel to some of the most advanced semiconductor fabs in the world. Your work ensures that our tools are installed correctly, validated thoroughly, and ready to deliver value to our customers.Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Engagement & PlanningConduct pre‑installation meetings to understand and document customer‑specific requirements.Develop action plans to meet unique customer needs and validate deliverables.Tool Installation & IntegrationPerform full system installations to meet KLA specifications, including:Physical install and connectionPrecision alignment and calibrationWafer handler robot setup and teachingSystem‑level calibrations and performance testingApplications verification and product wafer validationProblem Solving & Issue ResolutionTroubleshoot complex system issues using data analysis, abstract thinking, and structured problem‑solving methodologies.Manage critical issues across multiple customer sites and regions.Customer Validation & SatisfactionLead post‑installation meetings to verify tool performance and ensure customer satisfaction.Conduct application testing to confirm operational quality.Maintain strong communication through regular updates and escalation meetings.Training & Knowledge SharingDeliver training on new product installations to global customer support teams.Your QualificationsEducation & ExperienceTechnical degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic Engineering, or equivalent experience.2–3 years of experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus.Technical SkillsFamiliarity with pneumatics, mechanics, electronics, radio frequency technology, metrology, and laser technologies is desirable.Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills across software, electronic, optical, and mechanical systems.Proficiency in computer systems and operating environments (e.g., MS Windows).Soft SkillsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.Willingness and availability to travel within Europe and occasionally internationally, up to 80 %.Minimum QualificationsDoctorate (Academic) Degree – 0 years related work experienceMaster's Level Degree – 3 years related work experienceBachelor's Level Degree – 5 years related work experienceKLA is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.#J-18808-Ljbffr
