La figura selezionata avrà la responsabilità di sviluppare il business sul mercato della Pubblica Amministrazione, riportando direttamente al Responsabile Commerciale.
**Inoltre, si occuperà delle seguenti attività**:
- Pianificare le azioni commerciali più adeguate rispetto alle caratteristiche ed esigenze dei singoli clienti e alle priorità definite per ampliare il portafoglio e/o fidelizzare i clienti esistenti;
- sviluppare nuove opportunità di business e svolgere attività di prospezione volte ad ampliare il portafoglio clienti;
- rafforzare le relazioni con fornitori e partner nazionali e internazionali in una logica di lungo termine;
- interpretare le esigenze e le preferenze dei clienti, individuando anche proposte commerciali alternative nel rispetto dei vincoli tecnico-strategici prestabiliti e della soddisfazione del cliente;
- controllare periodicamente l'andamento dell'attività commerciale, individuare e attuare le azioni correttive più opportune finalizzate al raggiungimento degli obiettivi assegnati;
- guidare la gestione delle performance in un'ottica di innovazione, efficienza e redditività e identificare eventuali azioni correttive;
- svolgere attività di previsione e reporting.
**Requisiti**:
- significativa esperienza nel ruolo maturata nel settore commerciale di aziende operanti in ambito Servizi ed IT;
- conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese;
- conoscenza della pubblica amministrazione ed esperienza pregressa in ambito commerciale a contatto con la PA;
- approccio collaborativo e costruttivo alle relazioni;
- conoscenza del Pacchetto Office;
- disponibilità a trasferte e trasferimenti sul territorio nazionale.
