We’re excited to offer a unique opportunity for a passionate and trend‑savvy Sales Representative to join our growing Italian sales team, with a specific focus on sneaker & streetwear lifestyle accounts, including the most influential sneaker destinations, premium concept stores and boutiques. This Role Is Essential To Expanding our presence in the sneaker segment. Consolidating our position within the fashion/concept boutiques. Your Mission Develop and strengthen strategic relationships with some of the most influential Italian accounts, including sneaker stores, concept stores, and fashion‑forward independents. Identify and onboard new accounts aligned with On’s Performance All Day vision and global brand direction. Drive sell‑in and support sell‑out with a clear focus on product storytelling, brand elevation, and curated assortments. Deliver inspiring seasonal presentations and lead sell‑in meetings that align with global product and brand narratives. Ensure brand consistency across accounts, from in‑store experience to digital presentation, in coordination with our visual merchandising and marketing teams. Leverage data and market insight to guide assortment and account planning. Partner with customer service, operations, and finance to ensure high service levels and smooth execution. Monitor market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to inform strategies and identify growth opportunities. Maintain sales‑related budgets and support forecasting and demand planning processes. Act as brand ambassador in the field — visiting stores, participating in brand activations, and staying close to the consumer. Your Story – MUST HAVE Typically 3–5 years of experience in sales, account management or brand roles within the Sportswear, fashion, lifestyle or premium industry. Passionate about style, culture, and community — with an authentic connection to the sneaker/streetwear world. Demonstrate strong determination and motivation to work for On brand, combined with the ability to thrive and adapt in highly dynamic and cross‑functional environments. A valid driver’s license and ability to drive are essential to fulfill job responsibilities. Fluent or C1+ level Italian and English (written and spoken) are required to fulfill this position which is needed to work in the Italy market and as English is On’s shared professional language. Valued Skills Good understanding of the Italy lifestyle retail landscape, especially in fashion‑forward cities and regions. Proven ability to manage premium accounts and build long‑term partnerships based on trust and mutual growth. Commercially driven and analytically minded, with strong presentation and negotiation skills. Proximity to Milan as this is On’s main Italy hub; availability to travel frequently across Italy and occasionally within Europe. You embody On's Spirits.
