Join to apply for the Commercial Back Office role at BauWatch BelgiumAs a Commercial Back Office Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting our commercial operations and ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams. You will manage customer data and contracts, use Salesforce to register and monitor sales activities, and collaborate closely with the sales team , the administration department , and the Business Support Manager .Main responsibilitiesSupport the sales team in daily operations and customer follow-upManage and update customer and sales data in SalesforceRecord and track sales activities and customer interactionsPrepare and maintain sales-related documentation and reportsCollaborate with the sales , admin , and business support teams to ensure efficient internal communication and workflowHandle incoming calls and emails from customers and partnersContribute to improving internal processes and data accuracyTo be successful you should be persuasive and committed to achieving excellent customer experience.
