Our philosophy centers on people, personal talent, and a direct, transparent approach.Company culture based on respect, transparency, professional ethics, teamwork, innovation, and results.Benefits include Goodhabitz development programs, Tesla company car, Fun & Fan activities, continuous feedback, #booksharing, virtual coffee meetings, news updates, and more.Onboarding with a buddy, on-the-job training with a tutor, and tailored specialization paths for each RegestaPeople.Watch the #RegestaPeople video below to see what makes us happy :What you'll do and how you'll grow :Work with clients through all phases of logistics and production processes affected by SAP implementation.Support clients in change management, process consulting, and management to impact their business and company culture.Draft Business Blueprints (BBP), detailing all activities for successful SAP implementation.Train client users on SAP system usage.Conduct final testing and cut-off activities.Participate in go-live and post-go-live support.Engage in R&D of new SAP processes.Potentially perform Application Maintenance Services (AMS) post go-live.What we look for :Regesta DNA : talent, transparency, teamwork, innovation, passion, results.SAP experience from 0 to 3 years.Degree in management engineering or economics, preferably with logistics and production focus.Excellent communication skills, written and oral.Fluency in English.What to expect : An initial phone call, an online interview with our People team, and an in-person technical interview at our office.Have questions?
