At Wittur, we are committed to safeguarding our digital assets and ensuring the highest standards of cybersecurity. We're looking for a Chief Information Security Officer to join the IT team based in Italy to lead our security strategy and drive a culture of cybersecurity awareness across the organization.
Main tasks of the role will include:
- Develop & Implement Security Strategy : Build and execute a comprehensive information security program to protect our digital infrastructure.
- Align Security with Business Goals : Ensure compliance with industry regulations while supporting Wittur's strategic objectives.
- Risk Assessment & Mitigation : Identify potential threats, assess vulnerabilities, and implement measures to prevent security incidents.
- Stakeholder Communication : Act as the key spokesperson for information security, keeping leadership informed about emerging threats and strategies.
- Cybersecurity Awareness : Lead training initiatives to educate employees on best practices and foster a security-first culture.
Experience & Skills
- Proven experience in information security management, risk assessment, and compliance.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to drive awareness and training programs to strengthen security across the organization.
