Your diverse perspective will enhance the overall effectiveness and success of the projects and initiatives you lead, making a positive impact on Baker Hughes IET and its stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesProviding technical direction for site activities to internal teams and skilled labor to ensure safety, compliance, and quality.Overseeing overhaul, troubleshooting and commissioning of Centrifugal/Reciprocating Compressor products at customer sites.Leading in customer and contractor meetings to share and update action plans and to advise on technical solutions.Ensuring internal training, compliance and quality documentation is updated, followed, and completed according to company standards.QualificationsTechnical Diploma.Demonstrate a good working knowledge of the installation and maintenance of rotating equipment.Display a good customer service orientation mindset and experience leading customers through tough decisions.Emerging ability to communicate complex technical information to customers and teams with varying levels of technical understanding.Have a deep awareness of Health, Safety and Environmental compliance and potential risks.Be a motivated self-starter and be able to make key decisions and innovate solutions.Have excellent command and understanding of verbal and written English.Have an EU passport/European Work permit and excellent verbal and written English and Italian language proficiency.Be ready to travel significantly (up to 80%) without geographical restriction, including offshore facilities.Working patternsIn this role, you will travel to and work on customer sites in line with customer requirements. The duration of the work at site and the hours of work at the site will be in line with customer requirements.
