F&B DIRECTORCaorle (VE) | Resort 5★ – Pre-openingPer l’apertura di una nuova ed esclusiva struttura 5★ fronte mare a Caorle , ricerchiamo un/una F&B Director che guiderà l’area Food & Beverage nella fase di pre-opening e avviamento operativo.ResponsabilitàGestione e supervisione di tutte le attività F&B (ristoranti, bar, colazioni, room service)Definizione di standard operativi e di servizio in linea con un resort 5★Coordinamento e leadership dei responsabili di repartoControllo dei costi (food & beverage cost, margini, fornitori)Collaborazione con la Direzione nella fase di apertura e start-upPresenza operativa nei momenti chiave del servizioProfilo idealeEsperienza consolidata nel ruolo in hotel o resort 5★Background sia operativo che managerialeEsperienza in pre-opening o contesti stagionali strutturatiOttime capacità di leadership e organizzazioneLingue: italiano, inglese e tedesco fluente (requisito indispensabile)Dettagli contrattualiContratto full time – 5 giorni su 7, 40h settimanaliInserimento in vista dell’apertura del 1° maggioAlloggio disponibile nel primo periodo
