You will shape and implement data solutions on a new MS Azure/Fabric platform to enable Analytics, AI and digitalization. In Brugherio, you’ll translate business needs into technical concepts and build scalable data products while collaborating with a global team. You will drive data management, integration, modeling and governance, and empower stakeholders with Power BI insights. This is a hands-on role at the heart of a data-driven transformation with a strong emphasis on cross-functional impact.

- Analyze business requirements related to data management and analytics
- Develop solution concepts following guidelines and best practices
- Implement data management solutions including integration, transformation, data modeling and storage on Microsoft Azure/Fabric
- Deliver maintenance for developed solutions
- Design, develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports
- Bachelor in Computer Science or similar (implied minimum)
- Proven 4+ years in data management and analytics roles (data engineer/architect)
- Proficiency in data modeling methodologies and ER/DFD design
- Experience with cloud data platform solutions (storage, integration, governance)
- Understanding of cloud services for data storage, processing and analytics
- Knowledge of DevOps concepts and Azure CI/CD and GitHub
- Proficiency in Italian and English
- Experience in multinational and geographically distributed environments
- Proven experience developing Power BI dashboards/reports
