For more information, please visit our website The Data Ingestion & Quality Management Analyst will be responsible for ensuring effective governance, management, and continuous improvement of reinsurance data flows from GEB Network Partners, focusing primarily on operational data ingestion, quality validation, and automation of processes. Main accountabilities (non-exhaustive list): 1. Data Ingestion and Quality Assurance: Manage and oversee the ingestion of all data flows from Network Partners, ensuring timely, accurate, and efficient processing Conduct thorough quality checks and validations to ensure accuracy and integrity of the reinsurance data Identify discrepancies, errors, and areas of improvement, proactively addressing issues to maintain high standards of data quality Cooperate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and smooth data ingestion and keep aligned on progress and issues, and mitigation actions 2. Continuous Improvement and Automation: Collaborate closely with IT teams to develop, implement, and maintain automated solutions for data ingestion and quality validation processes Actively participate in process review sessions, providing insights and identifying opportunities to reduce manual tasks through digitization and automation Contribute to defining requirements for enhancements to current data ingestion platforms and tools, ensuring alignment with operational objectives Drive initiatives aimed at optimizing operational efficiency through continuous feedback and active cooperation with IT stakeholders 3. Network Partner Support: Serve as a primary point of contact for Network Partners regarding data ingestion requirements, processes, system access, and technical support Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between Network Partners and internal teams to ensure smooth and efficient data exchange processes 4. Other Related Duties: Support internal and external audits related to reinsurance data processes and quality standards Assist in developing internal tools aimed at streamlining departmental workflows and enhancing operational effectiveness The above list is not limitative and may be amended/adapted at any time by the Employer, at its own discretion, in accordance with the business needs. Strong computer literacy, particularly in Data Ingestion and Data analysis tools Proactive mindset, capable of identifying improvement opportunities and driving automation initiatives Detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills and resilience in managing operational deadlines Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of effectively liaising with both technical (IT) and non-technical stakeholders 4 years of experience in data management, data ingestion processes, or quality assurance Experience collaborating with IT teams on automation projects or operational enhancements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in insurance, Business Administration, Information Systems, Mathematics, or related fields Willingness to travel occasionally as required by business needs Fluent in English, any other language would be considered an asset This recruitment deals with a permanent and full-time position, based in Assago (close to Milan, Italy). For more information, please visit our website The (Micro)Strategy Business Intelligence Engineer plays a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable BI solutions that support strategic decision-making across GEB. This role focuses on transforming complex data into actionable insights using the MicroStrategy BI tool, ensuring data accuracy, performance, and usability. The Engineer collaborates with business stakeholders, data governance specialists, and IT teams to deliver high-impact dashboards, reports, and analytics aligned with GEB’s data strategy. Main accountabilities (non-exhaustive list): Design and develop BI solutions using MicroStrategy, including dashboards, reports, and visualizations tailored to business needs Translate business requirements into technical specifications and data models Optimize data queries and report performance across large datasets Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security in all BI deliverables Collaborate with data governance and data warehouse teams to ensure alignment with metadata, lineage, and quality standards Maintain and enhance semantic layers, cubes, and schema objects in MicroStrategy Support the integration of new data sources and ensure compatibility with existing BI architecture Provide technical support and training to business users on MicroStrategy tools and best practices Document BI processes, configurations, and data flows for audit and compliance purposes Stay current with BI trends and MicroStrategy platform updates to recommend improvements Undertake additional responsibilities and tasks reasonably aligned with the scope of this role, as required by evolving business needs The above list is not limitative and may be amended/adapted at any time by the Employer, at its own discretion, in accordance with the business needs. Proven experience in MicroStrategy development, including schema and application objects, reports, dashboards, and dossiers Experience with MicroStrategy components such as Web, Developer and Object Exposure on Regression Testing using MicroStrategy Integrity manager is a plus Good understanding on MicroStrategy Object and Data security layers Strong understanding of data modelling, ETL processes, and data warehouse architecture Proficiency in SQL and ability to optimize queries for performance Knowledge of data governance principles, including metadata management and data lineage Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail Strong communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated technical affinity for data architecture and tooling, with proven ability to efficiently categorize, manage, and map data across complex environments Experience with Agile methodologies and iterative delivery cycles Team-oriented mindset with a proactive and collaborative approach Master’s degree in computer science, data engineering, information systems, or a related field 4+ years of experience in BI engineering or data analytics roles, preferably in an international environment Certification in MicroStrategy or other BI platforms is a plus Python knowledge is a plus Experience in employee benefits, reinsurance, or financial services data is an asset Familiarity with data governance, compliance, and security best practices Willingness to travel occasionally as required by business needs Fluent in English, any other language would be considered an asset This recruitment deals with a permanent and full-time position, based in Assago (close to Milan, Italy).
