Per un'importante struttura alberghiera di lusso, per la sede di Roma, stiamo ricercando la seguente figura di IT Specialist. Overview La risorsa avrà le seguenti responsabilità: Gestire i sistemi informativi e occuparsi della loro manutenzione, utilizzando gli standard aziendali e gestendo la manutenzione dei sistemi operativi e funzionali. Gestire i partner esterni per la gestione HW e SW, l'analisi di mercato e l'acquisto dei componenti di base vitali per il buon funzionamento del reparto IT, prendendosi cura delle esigenze degli utenti. Gestire i rapporti con i clienti e fornire loro l'assistenza tecnica necessaria, soddisfacendo le loro richieste, offrendo loro qualsiasi supporto necessario e trovando la soluzione migliore che consenta di mantenere elevati standard di sicurezza. Gestire l'intera dotazione IT, monitorando e garantendo il buon funzionamento della struttura, verificando che tutto sia conforme agli standard e i successivi aggiornamenti. Analizzare e garantire la manutenzione dell'infrastruttura HW e della rete ad essa collegata e che consente il dialogo tra tutte le macchine. Gestire la procedura di disaster recovery consentendo il recupero dei dati e il ripristino della memoria di sistema in caso di errori critici attraverso un sistema di backup e di protezione dei dati. Fornire supporto ai livelli 1°, 2° e 3° e aiutare gli utenti e gli ospiti a risolvere i loro problemi. Collaborare con la sede centrale in materia di standard e gestire la fornitura degli aggiornamenti essenziali per la sicurezza e il mantenimento ottimale degli standard aziendali. Requisiti Titoli Laurea o diploma in ambito informatico Almeno 2 anni di esperienza nel settore alberghiero Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese Conoscenza di : Windows 95 / 98 / Me / HP Home / XP Professional, 2000 / 2000 Professional Windows Vista (Home, Professional, Business, Enterprise, Ultimate) Windows 2003 Standard, Windows 2003 Enterprise Office 2000 Professional / Server / Advanced Server / XP Professional 2007 Windows 2003 Standard / Windows 2003 Enterprise / Server / Advanced Server Microsoft Access 97 / 2000 / XP Microsoft SQL Server 2000 e 2005 Networking TCP / IP, Intranet, VPN, NAT Switch (tutti i modelli HP) e Router Capacità e competenze : pianificazione e organizzazione attenzione ai dettagli problem solving lavoro di squadra orientamento al servizio clienti capacità comunicative Sede e condizioni Assunzione a tempo indeterminato Sede lavorativa : Roma L'offerta è rivolta a candidati nel rispetto del Dlgs 198 / 2006 e dei Dlgs 215 / 2003 e 216 / 2003.
