About the Role The Sales Lead for Financial Institutions, Intermediaries & Web3 will spearhead Hercle’s expansion across these strategic client segments. You will drive the rollout of our global sales strategy for both trade and transfer products, leading market penetration, client acquisition, and commercial growth. This role is central to accelerating revenue, increasing transaction volumes, and strengthening Hercle’s position as a trusted partner for institutional and Web3‑native clients. You will also lead a dedicated team, fostering high performance and ensuring strong cross‑functional alignment across the organization. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership Execute and refine Hercle’s global sales strategy for Financial Institutions, Intermediaries, and Web3 segments. Identify growth opportunities and shape segment‑specific go‑to‑market approaches. Client Acquisition & Revenue Growth Own the full sales lifecycle: pipeline development, lead qualification, conversion, and account growth. Drive revenue expansion and volume generation across target segments. Relationship Management Build and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with banks, brokers, asset managers, OTC desks, crypto‑native firms, and payment providers. Act as a strategic advisor to clients, translating needs into actionable commercial solutions. Team Management & Development Lead, mentor, and grow a high‑performing, dedicated sales team. Set and monitor KPIs across acquisition, activation, and retention. Cross‑Functional Collaboration Partner with Product, Operations, Compliance, and Marketing to ensure seamless onboarding and delivery. Provide structured market and client feedback to influence product evolution. Market Presence & Representation Represent Hercle at industry events, conferences, and client meetings. Position Hercle as a leading provider within the institutional and Web3 ecosystems. Requirements 7+ years of experience in institutional sales, business development, or commercial leadership within fintech, digital assets, payments, or financial services. Proven success driving revenue, expanding client portfolios, and delivering against ambitious commercial targets. Strong understanding of institutional trading, digital asset infrastructure, settlement, and/or crypto‑native financial products. Experience working with Financial Institutions, including banks, brokers, asset managers, or intermediaries; familiarity with Web3‑native firms is a strong plus. Demonstrated ability to build and lead teams, with a track record of motivating sales talent and scaling performance. Excellent relationship‑building and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage senior decision‑makers and complex organizations. Data‑driven mindset, with the ability to analyze pipeline metrics, client behavior, and market trends to inform decisions.
