Medium Voltage Engineer Network Components Business Unit, Milan, Prysmian.What will you do?Work on product modularity and standardization across engineering designs.Manage and maintain product codes, Bills of Materials (BOMs) and related documentation.Control and optimize product costs, supporting cost‑reduction initiatives.Support and assist in the product strategy and in the development of customer‑facing features.Lead phase‑in/phase‑out activities for product codes and ensure smooth transitions.Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.Work with Product Management, Operations and other departments to align engineering activities with business goals.Utilize CAD tools for design and documentation and SAP for product data management and process integration.Collaborate with product development teams to identify and implement technical improvements and innovations.QualificationsDegree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).Proven experience in a manufacturing or product development environment within structured organizations.Experience in technical design and product management.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Familiarity with CAD tools and SAP.Previous experience in practical laboratory work, including testing and prototyping, is considered a plus.Strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to adapt to various technical challenges.Fluent in English.Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Prysmian by 2x.Prysmian, as an Equal Opportunity Employer, aims to attract and recruit individuals with diverse backgrounds, skills, and abilities.
