Join our team and help us make an even bigger contribution to Grünenthal’s future.What the job looks likeEach day you'll enjoy a variety of challenges, such as:Executing the Pharmaceutical Development trials within the Pharma Technology departmentSupporting the Manufacturing department in the execution of demo and validation batchesContributing to the resolution of technology-related issues and to the continuous improvement projects within the manufacturing departmentCollecting and elaborating data by using the statistic toolsIssuing and update the department SOPs, creating batch records for the trials and Technology TransfersManaging the Pharma Technology laboratory (balance calibration, instruments cleaning and use, etc.) and managing the raw materials stock of the department (stock check, supplier identification, etc.)Applying safety and GMP norms and regulationsWhat you'll bring to the tableMaster Degree in the Scientific domain (e.g. Pharmaceutical Chemistry, CTF)Ideally, a previous experience within Technology Transfer or Industrialization departmentsAn experience within an oral solid pharma manufacturing environment is a great nice to haveYou bring in MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), previous experience with SAP and/or a ERP system software represents a plusBasic knowledge of statistical toolsStrong communication skills, high analytical skills and excellent team working approach, a proactive and entrepreneurial attitude characterize yourselfKnowledge of GMP is considered a plusIn this role, you will work in close partnership with all internal departments while also engaging with global stakeholders across a broad range of strategic initiatives.
