Your RoleResponsibility for the seasonal fashion product range FALKE Fashion Legwear for men & women, chunky knitwear and women's fine knitwearDevelopment and implementation of international collection strategies and fashionable product concepts for your product categories, based on the FALKE brand conceptManagement and development of seasonal collections for the above product categories – from the initial idea to product launch, throughout the entire product life cycleContinuous market, competition and country research, as well as observation of market and brand developments with regard to (inter)national trends, with targeted implementation of appropriate measuresCreation, support and implementation of marketing and promotion plansClose collaboration with the content team and the e-commerce department (category management, performance marketing) to ensure the appropriate implementation of the marketing and product range strategySales and revenue planning, as well as the development of an appropriate pricing policy and controlPlanning, supporting, co-organising and implementing sales, prototype and regional or global meetingsPlanning and implementing regular photo shootsWorking closely with design, product development, sales, external service providers and agencies to contribute to our mutual successYour ProfileSuccessful business studies with a focus on marketing/product management or studies in the field of fashion or textile management paired with an economic contextSeveral years of professional experience (at least 2-3 years) as a product/marketing manager in an international brand company (ideally in the high-end fashion or accessories sector)Analytical thinking, independent and goal-oriented approach to work, and the ability to grasp complex issuesStrong communication, assertiveness and presentation skillsProactivity, creativity, sense of responsibility, market- and cost-oriented thinkingAesthetic sensibility, a high affinity for fashion and the ability to operate in complex structuresConfident use of Microsoft 365/Teams/project management tools and very good written and spoken EnglishOur OfferIn a world of mass production, reliable quality and creatively thought-out design are the factors that set us apart from the competition.
