DRILLING & WELLS QA/QC ENGINEER

OverviewDRILLING & WELLS QA/QC ENGINEER role at SEINGIM Group, a multidisciplinary engineering company focused on delivering high-quality services for a better and sustainable world. The position aims to survey and support the Services Companies on the Drilling Support Base to establish a robust QA-QC management system that aims at eliminating NPT.ResponsibilitiesDefine yearly objectives with the drilling manager and global orientation from OT/TL/DW/OPS/QAQC.Provide QAQC support to the D&W service contracts Technical Administrators to ensure compliance with QAQC requirements.Ensure that purchasing of equipment complies with CR-OT-DW-350; check all PO and SO to confirm matching with QAQC MS.Ensure technical / quality receiving inspection of goods upon receipt from vendors.Perform quality audits of vendors and drilling contractors to assess compliance with contract requirements, in linkage with OT/TL/DW/OPS/QAQC.Define proper technical specifications for relevant storage of DW equipment as per OT/TL/DW/OPS/QAQC recommendations.Implement, enforce and update Service Quality Plans (SQP) per API Q2 or similar standard and per service criticality for all service contracts, in linkage with OT/TL/DW/OPS/QAQC.Promote and follow API Q2 audit plans for all service contracts (schedule, objectives).Coordinate service inspections at contractor locations, based on SQP, with inspection witnessed by inspector crew or ad hoc inspections with support OT/TL/DW/OPS/QAQC.Before equipment RIG mobilization: establish a release process under DW QAQC to confirm readiness (Final Released Note) from stock or from Service Contractors sites, including a waiver system under direct DM authority (approval).Implement, follow and update an inspection reporting system (IQ-ALL) for all proprietary equipment prepared at the base.Ensure NPTs are recorded into IQ-ALL, rated, and converted into GRALs; register and update in an action tracking database (IQ-ALL) – use of NPT tracker (IQ-NPT) and GRALs’ module for events and close out of actions (NPT-related incidents, Field NCR, OFI, etc.).Provide support and expertise for service/equipment failure investigations (troubleshooting, cause tree analysis, etc.).Perform monthly reviews with each service contractor to track GRAL progress.Ensure all contracted services are subject to Service Scorecard and SQM.Track progress on all GRAL (continuous improvement) within the Drilling and Wells scope.Respond to operation needs for QAQC / Standards / Actions support.Actively participate in SQM for performance reviews.Interface with HQ for manufacturing QAQC standards and potential delivery issues.Provide monthly reporting to OT/TL/DW/OPS/QAQC.Support the operation team to perform an audit of the Rig Management system, including PMS, and track progress of audit planning and corrective actions.RequirementsAt least 15 years of working experience in Oil and Gas.At least 10 years of QAQC experience, with a minimum of eight years associated with drilling activity (OCTG, equipment procurement, service contract QAC).Adequate knowledge of general drilling equipment and completion and well intervention services.Good global knowledge of Drilling and Wells operations on RIG.Lead Auditor certification in ISO 9001/API Q1.Practitioner certification for API Q2.Fluent English.Certification mandatory by OT/TL/DW/OPS/QAQC.Good interpersonal skills, ability to work across multi-discipline and multi-cultural teams.Flexibility, communication, coordination, and leadership ability.Self-motivated and autonomous.Organizational abilities and sense of priorities.Creativity, commitment, discipline, open-mindedness.Duration: 1 yearService start: asap September 2025Location: Val d\'Agri, BasilicataWorking schedule: Mon-Fri 8hrs (up to 10hrs as per contract)I candidati ambosessi (L. 903/77) di tutte le età e nazionalità (D.Lgs. 215-216/2003) possono inviare dettagliato curriculum comprensivo del consenso al trattamento dati (D.Lgs 196/03) sulla nostra pagina Seingim Careers levelMid-Senior levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionEngineering and Information TechnologyIndustriesDesign Services#J-18808-Ljbffr
