We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Operations & Finance Specialist to help keep the company running smoothly day to day, from invoices and expense notes to operational coordination, HR processes, and internal workflows, while working closely with the founder and external advisors. You will be a key partner to leadership, ensuring smooth operations across all business functions. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities while maintaining a remote-first mindset.
