As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled AR/AP Clerk to support our finance and operations teams.Position OverviewWe are looking for an experienced and detail-driven Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable Clerk to join our Ravenna-area team. The ideal candidate is accurate, organized, and proactive, with strong knowledge of AR/AP processes and the ability to keep financial operations running smoothly.Key ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle accounts payable including invoice entry, coding, vendor communication, payment processing, and statement reconciliationProcess accounts receivable including invoicing, cash application, customer account management, and collections follow-upSupport month-end closing through GL entry review, reconciliation, and reportingMaintain proper documentation and follow internal controlsCommunicate frequently with operations, sales, vendors, and customers to resolve discrepanciesAssist with general office tasks and administrative accounting needsQualifications3+ years of hands-on AR/AP experience requiredExperience with accounting platforms (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Sage, NetSuite)Strong Excel and general computer proficiencyHigh level of accuracy, organization, and accountabilityProfessional communication skills and ability to work cross-functionallyOption to work remote however MUST live within 30 miles of Ravenna, OH 44266 and be able to work on-sitePreferred ExperiencePrior work in manufacturing, industrial equipment, or distribution environmentsFamiliarity with purchase orders, freight billing, or inventory-related accountingUnderstanding of internal controls and audit readinessBenefitsCompetitive hourly rate: $22–$28/hr based on experienceHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchPaid time off and paid holidaysStable, growing company with a strong industry reputationCollaborative and supportive team environment#J-18808-Ljbffr
