Your work will support strategic business development and help achieve the company’s objectives. You will equip Flutter SEA brands and products with an organization that designs, develops, and maintains systems related to customer relations and data—anticipating issues, improving application resilience and data quality, and industrializing factory activities. What you’ll do: Take on the role of Manager of the Affiliation area, with the responsibility of leading and coordinating the entire department. You will be accountable for a technical-functional team, which you must guide effectively, ensuring the growth and development of internal skills. Drive continuous improvement by identifying operational gaps and implementing effective solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects, initiatives or governance activities across multiple markets. Monitor performance, KPIs or compliance areas, providing clear reporting and actionable insights. Support strategic planning cycles and contribute to business reviews, audits or decision-making forums. Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, fostering collaboration and knowledge-sharing. Ensure adherence to internal frameworks, policies, controls and quality standards. What you’ll bring: Demonstrated experience in delivering technology projects utilizing .NET 6 & 8, SQL Server, React 16+, Kubernetes, Kafka, and Docker environments. Master’s degree in engineering or related technical discipline. Previous professional experience in consulting firms or similar organizations within the technology sector. Excellent understanding of online and retail affiliation processes, including PVR management and integration with impacted systems. In-depth knowledge of the affiliation sector, with proven success in managing product development initiatives. Hands-on experience in product management projects involving a single code base and effective release management strategies. Ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage project timelines, and drive continuous process improvement. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Fluency in English and Italian, both written and spoken, is required. Expertise in developing secure code and implementing best practices in software security.
