Your background

• A Masters' degree in Retail Management, Business Administration, Business Economics or equivalent
• Leadership potential : you inspire, connect and take people with you
• Strong problem-solving skills and a practical mindset
• Willing and able to travel and gain international experience
• Fluent in English and Italian
