NetSuite AdministratorA growing international company is seeking a NetSuite Administrator to join its Systems team. This is a senior inhouse position where you’ll play a key role in managing, maintaining, and customising the NetSuite ERP system to ensure accuracy, performance, and scalability.Responsibilities- Manage the day‑to‑day administration and monitoring of the NetSuite ERP system- Provide 1st line support to users, including troubleshooting, and issue resolution- Maintain user access, roles, and permissions, including onboarding/offboarding processes- Deliver new user training and onboarding sessions- Coordinate and manage bi‑annual system upgrades, including user training on new features- Develop workflows, saved searches, and reports; document key processes- Optimise saved searches, dashboards, KPIs, and reports to support business decision‑making (PowerBI experience a plus)Key Skills & Experience- 3+ years’ NetSuite experience with strong administrator knowledge- Previous experience as a systems administrator (global company experience is a plus)- Proficiency in dashboards, user onboarding/offboarding, and training delivery- Exposure to core financial processes (Order‑to‑Cash, Record‑to‑Report, Procure‑to‑Pay)- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Experience supporting system upgrades, testing, and training users- Technical proficiency in ERP administration, upgrades, testing, and release cycles- Excellent communication skills with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders- SuiteScript/SuiteFlow understanding desirableMilan, Italy (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)Permanent roleApply via LinkedIn or send your CV to At SystemsAccountants, we connect businesses with top talent in ERP, EPM, and Digital Finance – helping organisations transform their Finance Systems for growth.
