And finally, you’re open and borderless – naturally inclusive in how you work with others.RequirementsAt least 2 year of experience in Financial Services environments.Degree in STEM disciplines.Experience as an IT Functional Analyst in understanding functional requirements and translating them into functional analysis.Good knowledge of core banking processes such as current accounts, document management, mortgages, digital and biometric signatures, securities, derivatives, and anti‑money laundering reporting.Proactive, available, and quick to learn the dynamics of an application context.Proficiency in Italian & English language.Nice to HaveKnowledge of PL/SQL language.Knowledge of standard modeling languages (e.g. UML) and notations (e.g. BPMN).Experience using specific tools for requirements management and analysis (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Trello, …).Knowledge of Agile methodology.Being YouDiversity is a whole lot more than what we look like or where we come from, it’s how we think and who we are.
