We are looking for an AI Agent & Copilot Automation Developer to design, develop and deploy AI-powered agents and business process automation solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience building conversational AI solutions and integrating them into enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop and maintain AI agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio.
- Configure conversational topics, prompts, instructions, actions and agent workflows.
- Build end-to-end business process automations using Power Automate.
- Integrate AI agents with Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Teams and external enterprise systems.
- Implement RAG solutions using SharePoint, Dataverse and other enterprise data sources.
- Develop integrations using REST APIs, JSON, webhooks and custom connectors.
- Configure authentication, permissions and secure access through Microsoft Entra ID.
- Test, deploy and maintain agents and automation workflows in production environments.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyse processes and identify automation opportunities.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Microsoft Power Platform development.
- 2+ years of experience in business process automation.
- Proven hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio and conversational AI development. .
- Strong knowledge of Power Automate, Power Apps and Dataverse.
- Experience integrating Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, OAuth and Microsoft Entra ID.
- Understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering and RAG architectures.
- Knowledge of Power Platform connectors, custom actions and workflow orchestration.
- Familiarity with security, governance and data access management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience delivering enterprise AI agents and automation solutions in production.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Azure AI services.
- Experience in consulting or customer-facing technology projects.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
