We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong passion for technology and digital, ready for a new adventure asE-commerce Project Managerin our dynamic Tech team.We are looking for someone with3+ years of experiencein managing complex digital projects, ideally within the e-commerce industry.The team you'll be part of :Our Tech team is a pillar of TLG: we take on new challenges and create possibilities within the global luxury fashion and design ecosystems.As part of our team, you’ll be responsible for the platform that powers TLG, its efficiency, innovation, and speed of evolution.Being a member of this team of very talented people, working across engineering, support and enterprise architecture, will allow you to lead and leave your mark while contributing to TLG’s business mission.As a team, we strive to move fast and we're empowered to break traditions and experiment learning from our efforts and mistakes, with the freedom and autonomy to make a difference.What you'll doManage and deliver a portfolio of complex projectsto push ecommerce one step forward, including websites launches, integrations, new functionalities, global and omni-channel solutions.Identify and implement solutionsleveraging both existing and emerging technologies, ensuring target achievement in terms of functionality, quality, costs and speed of execution.Serve as a reference pointboth within and outside of TLG, supporting project scoping, requirements definition, and prioritization. Manage stakeholder expectations and collaborate with a team of exceptional professionals, international brands, and global service providers.Be responsible for delivering a top-notch experience for both customers and colleagues , proactively improving systems, tools, and processes to drive innovation at TLG.Resolve technical issues swiftly and provide high-quality support , ensuring that every technology-related challenge is addressed effectively to enhance the user experience.What we’re looking for3+ years of experiencein digital project management, systems integrations, or a similar field within complex digital environments.Previous experience inconsultingand/or withe-commerce platforms like Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Shopify, Magento, Woocomerce, BigCommercewill be considered a strong plus.Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organization and adapt communication style to suit diverse stakeholders.Hands‑on, problem‑solving approach with a continuous learning and entrepreneurial mindset.Positive attitude, ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment and adapt to evolving demands.Fluent in both Italian and English.What we offerCompensation package based on your professional background.Benefits including lunch vouchers, company laptop, discounts on our owned brands and brand partners, and additional perks through local discounts and offers.Learning & Development Programs: enjoy continuous learning opportunities with TLG University and other internal initiatives.Be part of the young (31 on average) and international (30+ nationalities) #TLGpeople team and work in a fast-moving, exciting environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
