Il/la candidato/a entrerà in un team giovane e dinamico. Si ricerca un profilo appassionato e collaborativo, che voglia sviluppare le proprie competenze in un ambiente raffinato e stimolante per garantire un’esperienza personalizzata e di qualità agli Ospiti, andando oltre le aspettative. Responsibilities Accoglienza ed assistenza della clientela durante il servizio Gestione della brigata di sala in termini di rota, ruoli assegnati e mobilità interna Gestione delle attrezzature in dotazione per il servizio e requisition all’ufficio acquisti Gestione complaints da parte della clientela e confronto con il management in merito Monitoraggio della corretta applicazione degli alti standard di servizio (SLH) da parte della brigata ed organizzazione di momenti di training in merito Profile / Qualifications Esperienza di almeno 3 anni nel ruolo in contesti similari (hotel di lusso o alta ristorazione) Buona conoscenza degli Standard di servizio e qualità relativi all’hotellerie di lusso Spiccate doti comunicative e relazionali Professionalità, flessibilità e orientamento al cliente Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.
