Customer Quality Assurance Manager

Location: Treviso area, Italy (with international travel) Overview We are seeking a Customer Quality Assurance Manager to join a leading organization operating in the lighting solutions sector. Reporting to the European Customer Care Manager, this role will lead a dedicated team and be responsible for ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction across the European product portfolio. The successful candidate will operate in a global environment, combining strong technical expertise with leadership, customer focus, and a continuous improvement mindset. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and resolve technical customer complaints within an international business context Provide high-level technical support, ensuring clear and effective communication with customers throughout the resolution process Lead in-depth technical analysis of returned products Prepare detailed technical reports to support customers and internal stakeholders Negotiate and manage costs related to on-site replacements, balancing economic sustainability with strong customer relationships Activate and coordinate cross‑functional internal teams to ensure timely and effective customer responses Collaborate closely with R&D and Production teams to prevent recurring quality issues Define, monitor, and analyze quality KPIs and metrics to identify trends and improve customer satisfaction Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives proactively Participate in internal and market risk assessments related to quality Support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions in complaint management processes Promote the correct and effective execution of quality processes across the organization Candidate Profile Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering, Quality, or a related technical discipline Minimum 5 years of experience in customer quality management, preferably in lighting or electronics sectors Strong problem‑solving skills and a customer‑centric approach Proven experience in team leadership and development Solid knowledge of quality management systems and continuous improvement methodologies Strong technical expertise in power electronics and/or LED driver technology Fluent English required; additional European languages are a plus Experience working in international and multicultural environments Ability to align internal stakeholders and coordinate across departments Strong leadership style with the ability to bridge cultural and communication differences Work location Province of Treviso, with availability for international travel. #J-18808-Ljbffr
