Job Mission : As a Service Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance of our systems. You will work closely with a dynamic team to install, maintain, and service our equipment, contributing to our mission of advancing automation. Strong mechanical and/or electrical skills with previous technical experience. Excellent problem‑solving, relational, and organizational skills. Ability to provide exceptional customer service and maintain customer orientation. Availability to travel midweek within the national territory. Experience and Education : A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. Relevant technical education or certifications in engineering or a related field. Key Responsibilities : Provide technical and operational support to customers. Carry out installations at customer sites, both independently and with the support of internal resources or in cooperation with partner companies. Perform testing and/or commissioning activities, including training of operators. Handle preventive and extraordinary maintenance interventions, independently identifying the cause and the appropriate solution; issue detailed intervention reports/documentation. Support the sales department in identifying technical requirements and organizing demonstration tests. Ensure quality and workplace safety standards. Manage any internal logistics.
