About the roleOur client is a global reference in advanced digital solutions for the industrial sector. Their Software & Solutions division builds a modern software ecosystem that connects online sales, production workflows and end-to-end operational processes for thousands of users worldwide. We are seeking a Cloud Platform Engineering Lead to define platform strategy, lead a talented engineering team and drive the evolution of a cloud-native, IoT-integrated platform.Key responsibilitiesDefine and execute the technology strategy for the cloud platform, aligning architecture with product and business goals.Establish architectural standards, technical guidelines and best practices to ensure scalability and reliability.Lead, mentor and grow the engineering team based at the site, fostering collaboration and technical excellence.Hold end-to-end technical ownership of the cloud platform and its integration across the software & IoT ecosystem.Plan and coordinate major development projects, collaborating with internal stakeholders and external partners.Monitor technology trends and continuously improve engineering standards, processes and tooling.Your profileDegree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related discipline.Several years of experience leading software engineering teams and complex projects, preferably in cloud and IoT domains.Strong expertise in software architecture, cloud platforms, microservices and modern development practices.Proven leadership, excellent communication skills and the ability to make strategic technical decisions.Proactive, results-oriented mindset and strong teamwork abilities.Languages : Fluent English and Fluent German (written and spoken).What we offerHigh-tech working environment with impactful international projects and cutting-edge solutions.Strategic role with autonomy and direct influence on platform architecture and roadmap.Attractive employee benefits and modern facilities (e.g., on-site gym and cafeteria) depending on location.Flexible working model with 75% remote work.Opportunities for professional growth within a stable and expanding organization.If you are interested in this challenging position we are looking forward to receiving your comprehensive application for ref.no. 109.030 preferably through our ISG career portal or via email.Visit isg.com / jobs / search - here you can find new job offers every day.#J-18808-Ljbffr
