Overview Il nostro cliente, prestigiosa società di gestione patrimoniale, ci ha incaricati di ricercare un professionista per affiancare il Direttore Generale nella vita aziendale quotidiana e nella gestione di progetti. Responsibilities Coordinamento e monitoraggio di progetti aziendali, sia immobiliari che relativi alle attività collegate. Gestione della qualità delle relazioni con i referenti interni ed esterni. Supporto operativo e amministrativo al dipartimento Sales, inclusa assistenza quotidiana ai sistemi informatici della sede. Gestione del fornitore e supporto alle attività di transport specialist (as per specifici task). Assistenza al Service Desk/Workplace Support, garantendo il corretto funzionamento dei sistemi IT per gli utenti interni. Qualifications Esperienza nella gestione di progetti e nell’assistenza IT, ottima capacità di comunicazione e orientamento al servizio clienti. Buona conoscenza degli strumenti informatici e delle pratiche di gestione. #J-18808-Ljbffr
